The little details
A gift without a countdown.
Gift cards are redeemable with Scents by Alice only. Our first physical collection is in preparation; gift cards do not reserve stock or guarantee a launch date. Redemption is currently arranged through hello@scentsbyalice.com, rather than entered in online checkout.
No expiration, inactivity fee or use fee. Unused value stays on your card. Contact us to request repayment of a remaining balance. Merchandise tax and shipping, if applicable, are determined when you order. Gift card purchases do not earn Glow points or qualify for promotional discounts.
Keep your code private. Whoever holds it can redeem it. Contact us promptly about a lost code or an unauthorized redemption. Payment refunds reduce the balance; disputed payments may pause use while we review them.
